The Body
The place of pain in your body does not indicate it is the cause of the pain. Massage therapy lengthens muscles, if you are experiencing pain in a muscles that’s overstretched, massaging that muscle or muscle group will only offer short term pain relief. I focus an understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy, how the body refers pain patterns, and fascia to bring you long term relief from pain: freedom
Our sessions have a foundation of Myofascial Release which softens and hydrates stuck fascia & Trigger Point Therapy which focuses on releasing the primary place of tension within a muscle. While there is more that is integrated into sessions, these two modalities are what I have seen most effective in relieving the body of pain, improving range of motion and restoring the human spirit.

This is your body’s command center. Through touch, breath, and many other resources we work to regulate and strengthen your nervous system so that you can function well through all seasons of life; be it emotional, physical, or spiritual. Supporting your nervous system is taking back your life.
Not caring for the nervous system can be the reason it is challenging for you to show up to your life or remain centered in the face of adversity. The nervous system can also become a tool for you to thrive.
